Purest Cacao.

For a Cause.

We buy direct from small farming families and co-ops in the Philippines and pay well above the market rate — then slow-grind their beans into single-ingredient ceremonial cacao.

Sourcing Update

From Filipino Farms, Soon to You

We are currently working alongside small co-op farmers and micro farms across the Philippines — agreeing prices, walking the groves, and tasting each batch before we buy. Our next supply is coming soon.

Every purchase pays growers well above the local market rate, so families earn a real living from the beans they've cared for. Ethically sourced, honestly made, and never bought cheap.

The Cause

A fair price for the hands
that grow the bean.

Cacao farming has been underpaid for generations. Beans leave the farm for pennies and come back to the world as expensive chocolate — with almost none of that value ever reaching the grower.

We work the other way around. We buy from small farmers and co-operatives in the Philippines, pay a deliberately high price for their cacao, and then produce and sell the finished product ourselves. The cause is simple: farming families earning a real living from extraordinary cacao.

01

Bought Direct

No brokers, no middlemen. We buy straight from small farming families and co-ops in the Philippines and know every farm by name.

02

Paid Above Market

We pay a premium price per kilo — well above the local rate — so growers earn a living wage instead of a survival wage.

03

Made, Not Traded

We don't flip commodity beans. We produce the finished cacao ourselves, so more of the value stays with the people who grew it.

Real CacaoIndustrial "Cocoa"

The Difference

They changed the name
so you wouldn't notice.

Cacao and cocoa are not the same thing. When the industry began washing cacao in potassium carbonate — "Dutching" — to strip out its natural acidity, they destroyed the product. They removed the polyphenols, killed the flavanols, and neutralized everything that made cacao a sacred superfood.

So they changed the name. From cacao to cocoa. Just a few letters. Just enough to avoid accountability. Nature's gift to mankind — one of the greatest superfoods on Earth — was turned into an industrial process. Stripped of all its value. All its goodness. Neutralized until it became something they had to add artificial flavors back into just to make it taste right.

We don't do that. We slow-grind whole, sun-dried beans between rolling marble wheels on a marble base. The cacao butter stays. The acidity stays. The antioxidants stay. The cacao liquor pours into waiting bowls, exactly as it has for millennia.

One ingredient. Nothing extracted. Nothing added.

The Process

What we do — and what we refuse to do.

01

Single Ingredient

100% raw, sun-dried organic cacao beans. That's the entire ingredient list.

02

Marble-Ground

Slow-ground between rolling marble wheels on a marble base to preserve heat-sensitive antioxidants and the natural cacao butter.

03

Non-Alkalized

No Dutching. No potassium carbonate. The polyphenols and flavanols stay intact.

04

No Additives

Zero sugar. Zero dairy. Zero emulsifiers. Zero lecithin. Zero compromise.

Ritual, Not Dessert

Ancestral. Functional.
Awake.

For three thousand years, cacao was sacred — a plant medicine reserved for ceremony, clarity, and connection. Not a sweetened drink for children. Not a dessert ingredient.

Our cacao is for the morning practice. For the long conversation. For the meditation that needs an open heart. Potency. Vitality. Presence.
